How do I setup an appointment?

First, take a look at my calendar to see when I am free. Second, give me a call or an email to setup the appointment! It's that easy!

Is there a guarantee?

Within reason, I will always try to make you happy!

When can I view the photos?

While all photography is done with professional digital equipment, online proofs will not be viewable until they have been reviewed and optimized. Time permitting, you may see your raw images immediately after your shoot. You will be told at the photo session when to expect your proofs to be ready and will also be notified when they are.

What happens to the digital files?

They are available to purchase per the price list. The will be kept online for 2 months and then archived for two years.

How long does it take to get my finished photographs?

We employ a professional print lab that meets our quality standards and normal turn-around is one week from ordering, 3 day turn-around is possible for a $30 rush fee. Custom photographs or extensive retouching may extend that time.

What is your service area?

Primarily the following cities:
Troy, Royal Oak, Madison Heights, Clawson, Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Hills, Farmington Hills, Rochester Hills, Birmingham, Berkley, Huntington Woods, Oak Park, Ferndale, Sterling Heights, and Warren.
I also cover the following cities of Metro Detroit:

Do you travel beyond your normal service area?

Yes! There is a mileage charge for anything outside of the Metro-Detroit area. Travel requiring overnight accommodations or flying will be charged to you at cost. Please call for more information.

Can I have photos done in Black and White or Sepia Tone?

Yes! Classic black and white catches and sepia tone are available, as well as other special effects, at no extra cost. Everything is shot in color. Images are converted later using the latest in digital imaging technology, so you don't even need to worry about which you want to do.

Can I have printed proofs in an album, portfolio or proof book?

Yes, portfolios or albums can be special ordered, just specify what you're looking for when you order.

Do you do school pictures?

Yes, I do. I offer package prices for schools, daycares and other youth oriented organizations. Please contact me to set up a meeting.
